About

Compliance help that says true things.

ClearCompliance exists because healthcare startups were choosing between software that couldn't do the work and consultants who couldn't show it. We combine hands-on implementation with a structured, evidence-first workflow.

Our mission.

Make trustworthy healthcare technology easier to build — by giving the teams behind it a compliance program that is real, operable, and honestly described. We measure success in closed gaps, defensible evidence, and audits that feel routine.

Operating principles.

Accuracy over marketing

We use HIPAA and SOC 2 terminology correctly even when looser language would sell better. No certification theater, no guarantees nobody can honor.

Do the work, don't just flag it

Dashboards that point at problems are abundant. Our job is decisions made, gaps closed, and evidence that survives examination.

Healthcare first

PHI data flows, BAAs, minimum necessary, breach clocks — healthcare's specifics are our default context, not an add-on module.

Transparent scope and price

Starting prices are public, inclusions and exclusions are written down, and the CPA fee is always separate and clearly labeled.

Clients own their compliance

We implement with you and say so plainly: legal responsibility stays with your organization. Anyone claiming to take it off your hands is selling something untrue.

How we avoid conflicts.

The value of a SOC 2 report depends on the auditor's independence, so we protect it structurally:

  • We are not a CPA firm and never issue attestation reports or opinions.
  • Audit engagements and fees run directly between the client and the independent CPA firm — we take no commission on audit fees.
  • We disclose our role to the auditor, and preparation work is documented separately from examination work.
  • Where a question is legal rather than operational, we say so and recommend qualified counsel instead of stretching our scope.

Leadership biographies and individual credentials will be published here as the team grows — we list only real, verifiable qualifications, which is also the standard we hold our clients' marketing to.

Work with people who tell you the truth about compliance.
